To keep our Airbnb a happy place, we ask you to observe the following house rules:
1. General
The house rules must be observed without exception. Complaints will result in immediate access by the landlord or a representative. If these rules are abused, you are obliged to leave the premises/property immediately without the right to a refund.
2. Damage
Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. All damages must be reported proactively and as soon as possible at info@immo-vt.de.
3 Check-in and check-out
Check-in is possible from 4pm, check-out by 10am at the latest. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
4. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated. Violation of the pet ban will result in a fee of 50.00 Euro plus the cost of special cleaning. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
5. Commercial photography/videography
Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. You are of course welcome to photograph your private experiences in the Happy Place and share them on your private social media accounts.
6. Maximum number of guests
A maximum of 7 people are allowed in Happy Place Christine and 6 in Happy Place Clara. A fee of 35 Euros per person is payable for over-occupancy.
7 Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes
Smoking in any form is prohibited in all indoor areas. Please use the outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of waste appropriately in the ashtray. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.This also applies to the improper disposal of cigarette butts etc.
8. Rest periods
Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. in all rooms and outdoor areas.
9. events
The holding of events in the form of workshops, coaching sessions, etc. is only permitted with prior written permission. Parties and excessive volume are generally not permitted. This applies to both indoor and outdoor areas. Violations of the ban on events will be charged with a fee of 250 Euros.
